Mattie joined the Oxbridge Group in 2021 after working in the sports world in Dallas. She specializes in Private Equity, Growth Equity, Corporate Development, and Hedge Fund searches at all levels.

A native Texan, Mattie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Sociology and a certificate in International Business.

Marty Brady joined the Oxbridge Group in 1994 after beginning her career as an Operations Manager for a German import-export company and as the Marketing Liaison in Greece for CIGNA Corporation. She concentrates primarily on Private Equity searches at all levels, including Growth Equity and Family Office mandates across North America.

Marty is a graduate of Wittenberg University and holds a master's degree in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Caroline joined the firm's New York office in 2018 after working at Macy's in product development. She specializes in Private Equity, Growth Equity, Private Credit, and Corporate Development searches at all levels.

Caroline graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communications and a minor in Consumer Psychology.

Emily rejoined the Oxbridge Group in 2022 after spending seven years in marketing and brand strategy roles at Johnson & Johnson and American Express. She executes investment professional and corporate development searches for private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds, and PE-backed portfolio companies.

Originally from New York City, Emily received her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a BS in Economics from Trinity College.

Julia joined the firm's New York office in 2001 after serving as a Vice President with a boutique search firm in NYC focused on financial services recruiting. She has decades of experience building teams for domestic and international funds investing in Private Equity, Public Equity, Growth Equity, Private Credit, and Family Office strategies.

Julia received a BA in History and Philosophy with honors from Colgate University.

Carlyn Henry started with the firm's New York office in 2000 and opened the Los Angeles office in 2002, after working at Prudential Securities and in business development at The Museum of Modern Art.

A native Texan, Carlyn graduated with a BA in Art History from Wesleyan University.

Ann has been based in the firm's New York office for more than three decades. Her global expertise spans leveraged buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, and research-driven hedge funds, and she has played a key role in helping first-time funds build investment teams from the ground up.

Ann earned a BA in Sociology from The College of William & Mary, where she was a Division I lacrosse student-athlete. She serves on the Board of Directors of Horizons at The Episcopal Academy.

Janet Lee joined the firm's Los Angeles office in 2022 after serving as a Principal at Atlantic-Pacific Capital in London and a Vice President at Eaton Partners, where she led private equity fund distribution across Europe.

Janet earned an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a BS from UCLA in Psychobiology.

Cassie joined Oxbridge's New York office in 2016 and is now based in Nashville. She specializes in recruiting for investing and strategy positions within private equity, startups, portfolio companies, and corporations across industries.

Cassie holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University.

Julie joined the Oxbridge Group in 2001 and specializes in Private Equity (including VC & Growth Equity), Special Situations, and Hedge Fund searches, drawing on more than two decades of experience identifying top-tier investment talent for some of the industry's most respected firms. Prior to Oxbridge, she built her early career in communications and industry relations, giving her a sharp eye for both technical fit and cultural alignment.

Julie graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Psychology and Classics.

Stephanie is a Managing Director who joined the New York office in 2021. She partners with private equity and hedge fund managers to place investment professionals across sectors and strategies, and advises corporate clients on finance and development hires.

Stephanie holds a BBA in International Business from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX.

Christina joined The Oxbridge Group in 2013, first in Los Angeles and now in New York, after working at Morgan Stanley in Campus Recruiting and Bloomberg in Ad Sales. She works with Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Family Office clients, executing searches for their investment teams and portfolio companies at all levels of seniority.

Christina graduated with Distinction from The University of Virginia with a BA in History and a minor in Studio Art.

Anne joined the firm's New York office in 2015 and has built a reputation as a trusted partner across Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Fund, and Corporate searches at all levels of seniority. Her approach combines disciplined process with genuine relationship-building, helping clients and candidates navigate every stage of the search with clarity and confidence.

Anne graduated from Union College with a Bachelor's degree in Math and American Studies, where she was a member of the Swim and Dive team.

Jo joined the Oxbridge Group in 2006 after serving as an Investment Banking Analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and a member of Credit Suisse's award-winning High Yield Research Team. She specializes in search within Private Equity, Credit, Corporate Development, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Special Situations, and Hedge Funds.

Jo graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is trained in Top Grading. She serves on the Advisory Council of the Penn Newman Center.

Alice joined the Oxbridge team in March 2026 after working at Alpha Sights as a Client Service Associate on the Capital Markets team. As an Associate, she supports Managing Directors across the search process, including candidate organization, interview scheduling, marketing outreach, and assistance from kickoff through close.

A Baltimore native, Alice graduated from Wake Forest University with a BS in Business Enterprise Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Jasmin joined the Oxbridge Group in January 2025 after working at Wells Fargo as part of the Wealth and Investment Management Operations team. As an Associate, she partners closely with Managing Directors on search coordination, interview scheduling, marketing outreach, and process management.

Originally from northern California, Jasmin graduated from Yale University with a degree in Economics.

Evan joined the Oxbridge Group in the fall of 2015 after working with senior executive teams at Blackstone's Park Hill Group and Sony Music. As a Senior Associate, he supports Private Equity, Growth Equity, Corporate Development, and Hedge Fund searches by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, leading marketing outreach, and guiding the search process for Managing Directors.

Evan graduated from The University of Montana with a BA in Music Education and an emphasis in Percussion Performance.

Natalie joined the Oxbridge Group in May 2025 after spending two years in Los Angeles recruiting for corporate finance and accounting roles. At Oxbridge, she focuses on talent acquisition for private equity, hedge funds, and corporate development positions, supporting Managing Directors with candidate organization, interview scheduling, marketing outreach, and assistance throughout the search process.

A Michigan native, Natalie earned her degree in Marketing from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. After several years on the West Coast, she made the move to New York City.

Maribel joined the firm's Los Angeles office in June 2019 after working with an international travel agency. As a Senior Associate, she supports Managing Directors on Private Equity, Growth Equity, and Family Office searches, managing candidate organization, interview scheduling, marketing outreach, and process coordination.

Maribel has a BA in International Studies from California State University, Long Beach, with a minor in French.

Laura joined the Oxbridge Group in 2019. She primarily covers Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Corporate searches, partnering with Managing Directors on candidate strategy, interview scheduling, marketing outreach, and end-to-end search execution.

A native Californian, Laura graduated from The University of Richmond with a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.

Connie joined the Oxbridge Group in April 2026. As an Associate, she supports Managing Directors across the search process, including candidate research, interview scheduling, marketing outreach, and assistance from kickoff through placement.

A Cincinnati native, Connie graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Classics and a minor in Finance, where she was a member of the Princeton Women's Squash team.

Lauren joined the Oxbridge Group in November 2025 after holding roles centered on client success, communication, and relationship building, as well as creative positions within the fashion and lifestyle space. As an Associate, she supports Managing Directors with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, marketing outreach, and process management.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Lauren earned her BBA in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.

Liane joined the Los Angeles office in August 2019 and leads all research projects and organization across the firm. She oversees the firm's database management, candidate intelligence, and market mapping efforts, ensuring every search is built on a rigorous and well-organized research foundation.

Liane graduated from New York University with a BA in Psychology and minors in Molecular Biology and Public Health.

Olivia joined the Oxbridge Group's New York office in March 2026 and supports the firm's research efforts with deep candidate sourcing and market intelligence work. Her background in the art world's talent acquisition space brings a distinctive lens to relationship-driven research.

Olivia graduated from Tulane University with a BA in Art History and from Sotheby's Institute of Art with her MA in Art Business.

Grace joined the Oxbridge Group in 2022 and plays a central role in the firm's research function, supporting candidate sourcing, market mapping, and data organization across multiple active searches. Her background in live event production gives her a sharp instinct for managing detail-heavy projects under tight timelines.

Grace graduated from Boston University with a degree in Theatre Production.

Kimberly rejoined the Oxbridge Group in the summer of 2005 as a Senior Research Associate, after previously serving as the firm's Office Manager from 1997 to 2001. She began her career working in England designing academic journals.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.

Lenore first joined The Oxbridge Group in the summer of 2005, spending ten years with the firm before relocating to San Francisco to work in talent management at TPG, then later working as a Recruiting Associate at PIMCO. She returned to The Oxbridge Group in January 2025.

Lenore attended Arizona State University and holds an AOS from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

Lacey Farley is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Oxbridge Group, where she focuses on growth strategy, technology modernization, operational improvements, and firmwide strategic projects. She splits her time between New York City and Los Angeles.

Lacey graduated from The George Washington University in 2016 with a BS in Communication and Media.

Jamie Weathers is a strategic executive, attorney, and finance leader with more than a decade of experience driving transformation, operations, and growth across global organizations. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Practice Room NYC and Director of Finance for Oxbridge, after spending over ten years at HSBC Bank.

Jamie is a licensed attorney in New York State and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Nina is the President and Founder of the Oxbridge Group, which she founded in 1988 to provide the highest level of recruiting professionalism to the financial services sector. Prior to Oxbridge, she worked at a boutique search firm, as a commodities broker on Wall Street, and at Condé Nast magazines.

Nina graduated from Lake Forest College.
