Lacey Farley

Lacey Farley is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Oxbridge Group, where she focuses on growth strategy, technology modernization, operational improvements, and firmwide strategic projects. She splits her time between New York City and Los Angeles and brings a strong mix of strategy, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking to her work. Outside of work, Lacey enjoys traveling, padel, breathwork, and spending time with her dog.
