Isabelle Webster

Isabelle joined the Oxbridge Group as an Associate in 2025. Prior to joining the team, Isabelle started her career at BlackRock, where she was a member of the Hedge Fund Solutions team within the BlackRock Manager Research platform.

Isabelle brings with her a robust network of investment and non-investment talent at leading asset management and hedge funds globally. In her role at Oxbridge, she looks to build upon her significant experience conversing with and providing assessment of C-Suite, Senior Partners, and mid-level professionals in the financial industry.

She earned a B.A. in Psychology from Yale University in 2022 and was a four-year member of the Women’s Lacrosse team. Isabelle was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and has a passion for all things relationship science, sports, podcasts, and health and wellness.
