Meet the newest additions to the Oxbridge team: Isabelle & Emma

Isabelle Kenny and Emma Macaione joined the Oxbridge Group in July of 2022 as the newest associates. Natives of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and recent graduates from the University of Richmond and Dartmouth College, they are excited to see all that New York City has to offer! To introduce both of them on our website, get to know them with this Q&A!

Question: What’s your favorite time of day?

Isabelle: Evening. I find it a peaceful time of day after work when I can relax. Whether it’s watching TV with my roommates or going out to dinner.

Emma: Morning. I like waking up knowing I have a full day ahead of me with a brand new start. Breakfast is also my favorite meal of the day so that’s a bonus!

Question: What would you say are your biggest strengths?

Isabelle: I would say that I’m a strong communicator, friendly, kind-hearted, grounded, and optimistic.

Emma: I would say my strengths are that I’m trustworthy, self-aware, compassionate, and loyal.

Question: What inspires you?

Isabelle: My friends inspire me because I’m surrounded by other women who are determined and driven towards their long-term goals and finding something that they love to do.

Emma: I’m inspired by people who are passionate about what they do. When you love what you do, whether that’s a hobby or a job, you’re able to give all of yourself towards it without letting anything stand in your way.

Question: What is one thing people don’t know about you?

Isabelle: I like to knit. It’s something I picked up over COVID, although I’m still working on the sweater I started two years ago!

Emma: I was born in the UK and lived there for 10 years! I wish I could say I still had an accent.

Question: What is one thing you can’t live without?

Isabelle: Pets! I love my golden-doodle, Blue!

Emma: Definitely my dogs, George and Dempsey!

Question: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Isabelle: Be yourself.

Emma: No duty is more urgent than giving thanks.

Question: Where is your favorite vacation destination?

Isabelle: Nantucket. I grew up going there and most of my childhood memories are of me spending time with my cousins on the beach.

Emma:  Long Beach Island, NJ. I’ve been lucky enough to spend a lot of my life there with my family and I just love the beach!
