Managing Director
Stephanie is a Managing Director at The Oxbridge Group, where she joined in the New York office in 2021. Now based in Dallas, TX, she partners with established and emerging private equity and hedge fund managers, working directly with founders and senior leadership to identify and place investment professionals across a range of sectors and strategies. She also advises corporate/portfolio company clients on corporate development and strategic finance placements.
Prior to joining Oxbridge, Stephanie was an executive recruiter at a New York-based strategic talent advisory firm focused on the investment banking ecosystem, where she advised global independent and boutique investment banks on strategic placements from the associate to partner level.
Stephanie holds a BBA in International Business from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX.
