Natalie joined the Oxbridge Group in May 2025 after spending two years in Los Angeles recruiting for corporate finance and accounting roles. At Oxbridge, she focuses on talent acquisition for private equity, hedge funds, and corporate development positions.
A Michigan native, Natalie earned her degree in Marketing from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
After several years on the West Coast, she made the move to New York City and is enjoying all the city has to offer.
