Jo Tyburski

Jo joined the Oxbridge Group in 2006. She specializes in search within Private Equity, Credit, Corporate Development, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Special Situations, and Hedge Funds. Previously, she was an Investment Banking Analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the TMT Group and a tenured member of Credit Suisse’s award-winning High Yield Research Team. Jo graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in management and marketing, and is trained in Top Grading.

In her free time, she serves on the Advisory Council of the Penn Newman Center, acts as a mentor through the ESTEEM program, and has been a member of the President’s Council of the Academy of Notre Dame. She enjoys travel and reading non-fiction, especially on the topics of grit and optimizing performance. Jo is the proud mom of sons at Penn and MIT and can be found on weekends cheering on her three teen’s sports and musical endeavors.
