Jamie Weathers

Jamie Weathers is a strategic executive, attorney, and finance leader with more than a decade of experience driving transformation, operations, and growth across global organizations and high-growth companies. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Practice Room NYC, a fast-growing fitness company, and Director of Finance for Oxbridge.

Prior to her current roles, Jamie spent over 10 years at HSBC Bank leading large-scale operational, strategic, and transformation initiatives. She has since worked as a fractional COO and CFO for multiple startups, helping companies scale operations, improve financial performance, and navigate periods of rapid growth and change.

A licensed attorney in New York State and graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Jamie is known for combining strategic thinking with authentic leadership and operational excellence. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she’s a proud dog mom to Bieber and has unofficially earned the title of professional bridesmaid after standing beside 17 brides on their wedding days.
