Nina is the President and Founder of The Oxbridge Group. She founded the firm in 1988 with the goal of providing the highest level of recruiting professionalism to the financial services sector. Prior to The Oxbridge Group, she worked at a boutique search firm, as a commodities broker on Wall Street, and at Conde Nast magazines. She graduated from Lake Forest College a long time ago.
Nina has three children and currently lives in New York City. Golf, tennis, skiing, or any type of spontaneous travel, makes her happy.
Marty Brady joined The Oxbridge Group in 1994. She began her career as an Operations Manager for a German import-export company and as the Marketing Liaison in Greece for CIGNA Corporation. A graduate of Wittenberg University, Marty also holds a master’s degree in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Management.
She is the proud mom of two Ivy League graduates and a rookie grandmother. Marty dreams of swimming like Katie Ledecky and skiing like Michaela Schiffrin; her favorite sports heroes.
Julia Koenig Gilbert
Julia joined the firm’s New York office in 2001. Previously, she was a Vice President with a boutique search firm in NYC focused on financial services recruiting. Prior to that, she was an executive in the corporate offices of Ann, Inc (ANN). With twenty-three years of financial recruiting experience focusing on domestic and international Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Growth Equity and Family Offices, Julia conducts searches at the Associate through Principal levels. She received a BA in History and Philosophy with honors from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
Though Julia grew up on a cattle ranch in Northern New Mexico, she now calls Greenwich, CT home. When she is not recruiting, you can find her volunteering at her teenagers’ schools: The Brunswick School and Sacred Heart Greenwich.
JULIA KOENIG GILBERT
Carlyn Henry started with the firm’s New York office in 2000 and opened the Los Angeles office in 2002. Prior to joining, she worked at Prudential Securities and managed the Foundation for Charitable Giving, and spent three years in business development and fundraising at The Museum of Modern Art. Carlyn is a native Texan and graduated with a BA in Art History from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.
She is a proud mother of two boys, both volleyball players who are following in their father’s footsteps, and feels extremely loyal to both her native Dallas, Texas and her “new” home in L.A.!

Ann joined the firm’s New York office in 1994. Her global expertise is focused on Leveraged Buyout, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and research-driven Hedge Funds. She graduated with a BA in Sociology from The College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, VA., where she played D1 lacrosse.
Ann will never run another marathon, but will get up at 4 AM to hike in Acadia National Park (while her husband and two children are sleeping) with her Labradors.

Cassie joined the firm’s New York office in 2016. She is focused on Oxbridge's Corporate Development & Strategy practice and recruits for Fortune 500 corporations, start-ups, and private equity backed portfolio companies. Prior to joining The Oxbridge Group, Cassie, a life-long theater-lover, was the Associate General Manager of the New York Musical Festival and a Talent Agent at Brady, Brannon & Rich. She holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.
Cassie enjoys boxing, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, and reading an average of one hundred books per year.
Michelle joined firm’s New York office in 1998. In 2002, she moved to Los Angeles to open the West Coast office. She focuses on mandates for investment professionals within Private Equity firms and Hedge Funds throughout The United States. Prior to joining The Oxbridge Group, Michelle worked in the production department of Emmerling Post Advertising. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude with a BA in English from the University of Kentucky.
In her downtime, she spends far too much time with rescue dogs while volunteering at NKLA/ Best Friends Animal Society.
Julie joined The Oxbridge Group in 2001 and specializes in Private Equity (including VC & Growth Equity), Special Situations and Hedge Fund searches. Previously, Julie was Director of Industry Relations for a Bay Area communications company where she managed the investor, industry and public profile of the company. After graduating from Georgetown University with a BA in Psychology and Classics, Julie spent four years as lead vocalist, songwriter and publicist of a rock band, performing with legends such as Neil Young and Blues Traveler.
Julie lives in Connecticut and is the proud mother of 3 energetic children, none of whom have an interest in being a rock star...thankfully. Once a thrill seeker, she has sky dived in the Bay Area, gone on safari in Africa and white water rafted The Grand Canyon.
Christina joined The Oxbridge Group in 2013, first in Los Angeles and now in New York. She works with Private Equity, Venture Capital and Family Office clients to execute investment professional searches at all levels of seniority. Prior to joining Oxbridge, Christina worked at Morgan Stanley on the On-Campus Recruiting team for Equity Research and Public Finance. She graduated with Distinction from The University of Virginia with a BA in History and a minor in Studio Art.
Christina enjoys skiing, yoga, and trying to keep up with her two very energetic young boys.
Jo joined The Oxbridge Group in 2006, having originally been an Oxbridge candidate! She specializes in search mandates for all levels within the Private Equity and Hedge Fund industries. Previously, she was an Investment Banking Analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Telecom and Media Group, and with Credit Suisse on the Media High Yield Research Team. Jo graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in management and marketing.
In her free time, you’ll find her biking, hiking, playing tennis and cheering her kids on.
Ashley rejoined the firm’s New York office in 2017 after spending six years at Coatue Management as Vice President in Recruiting and Human Resources. She focuses on the Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Investor Relations verticals. Ashley is originally from the Philadelphia area and graduated from Williams College where she played varsity squash.
Her passion for sports continues, and she is currently trying to beat her husband and mom on the golf course. One of four girls, she now has two sons, and is on an accelerated learning curve about cars, trucks, and dinosaurs.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Kimberly has been with The Oxbridge Group since 1997. She began her career in England in graphic design. Kimberly has a BA in International Studies from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.
She enjoys frequent international travel with her husband and is an avid lover of art, music and beer festivals.
Caroline joined the firm’s New York office in 2018. Prior to The Oxbridge Group, she worked at Macy’s and focused on product development. She graduated in 2016 from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied Communications and Consumer Psychology.
Caroline designed and showed clothing while in high school and in college, and is now our resident retail guru. Although she has lived in Chestnut Hill, PA, San Francisco, CA, Pasadena, CA and Westport, CT, she is a great source for NYC restaurants.
Anne joined the firm’s New York office in the Summer of 2015. She graduated in 2015 from Union College where she studied Math and American Studies.
While at Union, she was the only woman in her class year on the Swim and Dive Team. She has replaced swimming with running and even crossed the NYC marathon finish line.
Emma joined The Oxbridge Group in the fall of 2016, having moved to California from London, where she worked in corporate recruiting. Emma graduated from Nottingham University with a BA in Politics and American Studies.
She is a fan of cardio dance classes and enjoys being outside in sunny California.
Evan joined The Oxbridge Group in the fall of 2015. He graduated from The University of Montana with a BA in Music Education and an emphasis in Percussion Performance. Prior to The Oxbridge Group, he worked with senior executive teams at Blackstone’s Park Hill Group and Sony Music.
As a professional drummer, Evan has spent years teaching music and performing throughout the country. He loves to cook, bake and spend time outdoors with his wife and daughter.

Catherine Perry joined The Oxbridge Group’s Los Angeles office in the spring of 2007. Catherine graduated from UCLA with a BA in English.
She enjoys spending time with her family, is an avid tennis and poker player, and believes every day should be “Taco Day.”
Liane joined the Los Angeles office in August 2019. She graduated from New York University with a BA in Psychology and minors in Molecular Biology and Public Health.
In her free time, she enjoys taking photos, exploring local hiking trails, and seeing her favorite artists live in concert.
Maribel joined the firm’s Los Angeles office in June 2019. She has a BA in International Studies from The California State University, Long Beach, with a minor in French. Prior to Oxbridge, Maribel worked with an international travel agency.
She loves traveling internationally (especially France), and spending time outdoors.

Laura joined The Oxbridge Group in the summer of 2019. She graduated from The University of Richmond with a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
Although Laura grew up in Menlo Park, CA., she is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. She loves spending family time in Maine and doing anything water related.
Fernanda joined The Oxbridge Group in early 2021. She previously worked at the NYU Play and Language Lab studying early childhood development. Fernanda graduated from Marymount University in 2018 with a BA in psychology.
She was born and raised in Nicaragua but always dreamt of living in the city. Fernanda enjoys exploring new restaurants, breaking a sweat, or reading a book. If you are looking to plan a trip, she is the go-to person for fun itineraries.

Lacey joined the firm’s New York Office in the Spring of 2021. Prior to joining Oxbridge, Lacey worked at an advertising company in Chicago. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Lacey has spent much of her life on the East Coast. She graduated from George Washington University and received her BA in Communications in 2016. She loved spending the past four years in Chicago but is excited to be in New York City close to family.
When Lacey is not at Oxbridge, she is playing with her puppy, taking trips to Northern Michigan and spending time on the lake, or hitting the squash courts.
Mattie joined the Oxbridge Group in March of 2021 after working in the sports world in Dallas for four years. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Sociology and a certificate in International Business.
She’s a native Texan and avid Cowboys fan, but she loves spending summers with family and friends in Northern Michigan. She loves to travel, having lived in four different countries over the course of her life, and is excited to make her next move to New York City.
