  • Develop an understanding of the firm and the particular group via a client meeting
  • Draft and review position specifications
  • Initiate search
Phase II

  • Identify and select qualified candidates
  • Introduce benchmark candidate to client
  • Research meeting: analysis of search activities, discussion of interview of benchmark candidate, and re-definition of position specifications
    (if necessary)
Phase III

  • Continue interview process
  • Select and interview final candidates
  • Evaluate formal references
  • Negotiate compensation and finalize candidate acceptance
