CANDIDATE PROCESS:


Phase I

  • Candidate submits resume to Oxbridge
Phase II

  • Oxbridge team meets with candidate to discuss background, interests and to learn more about his/her personality
Phase III

  • Oxbridge introduces candidate to opportunities that fit within his/her area of interest and educates candidate on the firm and position
Phase IV

  • Client notifies Oxbridge if they would like to bring candidate in; Oxbridge preps candidate for each meeting and acts as liaison throughout the interview process
