Founded in 1988, The Oxbridge Group initially focused on placing professionals in boutique Investment Banking firms throughout the United States. In the mid-nineties, as private equity investing took off, we transitioned into the investing world, eventually expanding our client base to include fundamental, research-driven Hedge Funds in 2001. The following year, we opened our Los Angeles office.
Our 11 Managing Directors have over 100 years combined recruiting experience and have worked together as this current team for 10 years. We are one of the few boutique search firms that has a flat structure, and our Managing Directors are the primary interface for both clients and candidates throughout the entire search process.
